Exchange and Return Policy.

PINCHE MEXICO TE AMO we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every purchase.

No returns are accepted; only exchanges for merchandise of the same value or with payment of the difference, if necessary. If the price is lower, there are no refunds . The amount paid for the item, excluding shipping costs , will be considered.

We will be happy to exchange any merchandise, as long as the product is in perfect condition, with its respective tags, unused and unwashed, within 14 days of purchase.

Changes that do not comply with our policy will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.

We are not responsible for the cost of the package guide for exchanges; therefore, it is the customer's responsibility to cover the shipping cost when requesting the exchange and any import duties/taxes or customs charges incurred on the package (both the original and return shipments).

No exchanges are made on promotional or final sale items. We do not refund shipping costs.

Damages and problems.

Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can assess the problem and resolve it.
